The term goes far and includes practically every handling of data.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n\"Pseudonymization\" is the processing of personal data in such a way that the personal data can no longer be assigned to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that this additional information is stored separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures that ensure that the personaldata cannot be assigned to an identified or identifiable natural person.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n\"Profiling\" means any type of automated processing of personal data that consists of using this personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects relating to work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, whereabouts or relocation of this natural person.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nThe \u201cperson responsible\u201d is the natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body that alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.<br>\r\n<br>\r\n\"Contract processor\" means a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the person responsible<br>\r\n<\/p><h3 id=\"dsg-general-legalbasis\">Relevant Legal Bases<\/h3><p>In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we will inform you of the legal basis for our data processing. For users from the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation \n(GDPR), i.e. of the EU and the EEC, unless the legal basis is mentioned in the data protection declaration, the following applies: <br>\r\nThe legal basis for obtaining consent is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR<br>\r\nThe legal basis for processing in order to fulfill our services and carry out contractual measures as well as answering inquiries is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR;<br>\r\nThe legal basis for processing in order to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR;<br>\r\nIn the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.<br>\r\nThe legal basis for the processing required to carry out a task that is in the public interest or is carried out in the exercise of official authority that has been assigned to the person responsible is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. e GDPR. <br>\r\nThe legal basis for processing to safeguard our legitimate interests is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR <br>\r\nThe processing of data for purposes other than those for which they were collected isdetermined in accordance with the requirements of Art. 6 (4) GDPR. <br>\r\nThe processing of special categories of data (in accordance with Art. 9 Paragraph 1 GDPR) is based on the requirements of Art. 9 Paragraph 2 GDPR. <br>\r\n<\/p><h3 id=\"dsg-general-securitymeasures\">Safety measures<\/h3><p>In accordance with the legal requirements, taking into account the state of the art, theimplementation costs and the type, scope, circumstances and purposes of processing as well as the different probability of occurrence and severity of the risk for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we make suitable technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nThe measures include, in particular, securing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical access to the data, as well as the access, input, forwarding, ensuring availability and their separation. In addition, we have set up procedures that ensure the exercise of data subject rights, deletion of data and reaction to data threats. When processing the data provided to us as part of an order, we act in accordance with the instructions of the client and the legal requirements. <br>\r\n<br>\r\nWhen using our online services, we can save the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The storage takes place on the basis of our legitimate interests, as well as the interests of the users in protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. Customers, interested parties, business partners and website visitors are affected by the processing. The purpose and our interest in processing lies in administration, financial accounting, office organization, archiving of data, i.e. tasks that serve to maintain our business activities, perform our tasks andprovide our services. The deletion of the data with regard to contractual services and contractual communication corresponds to the information given for these processingactivities.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nWe disclose or transmit data to the financial administration, consultants, such as tax consultants or auditors, as well as other fee offices and payment service providers.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nFurthermore, on the basis of our business interests, we store information on suppliers, organizers and other business partners, e.g. for later contact. We generallystore this mostly company-related data permanently.<br>\r\n<\/span><\/p><p><\/p><h3 id=\"dsg-contact\">Contacting<\/h3><p><\/p><p><span class=\"ts-muster-content\">When contacting us (e.g. via the contact form, email, telephone or via social media), the information provided by the user is used to process the contact request and to process it in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b. Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the user is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nGoogle will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with other services related to the use of this online offer and the internet. This means that the \nIP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nThe IP address transmitted by the user's browser will not be merged with other Google data.
